Terms of Service

By using seasonedbeings.online, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

SeasonedBeings provides online courses teaching practical skills. Some content is free and accessible without an account. Member content requires an active paid subscription.

You must be 16 or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@seasonedbeings.online if you believe your account has been compromised. One account per person — you may not share accounts.

Membership is billed monthly at £8 (or £80/year for an annual plan). Payment is taken in advance at the start of each billing period.

Right to cancel (14-day cooling-off). As a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. However, if you access member content during this period, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once access begins. To exercise a cooling-off right before accessing content, email hello@seasonedbeings.online within 14 days of purchase.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time after the cooling-off period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to member content until that date.

Refunds. Except as required by the 14-day cooling-off right above, we do not offer refunds on the current billing period. If a technical fault on our part prevents you from accessing content you have paid for, contact us and we will make it right.

Price changes. We will give 30 days' notice of any price increase by email.

Gift memberships may be purchased for others and are redeemable via a unique code. Gift membership codes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift memberships are non-refundable once the redemption code has been used. If a code has not been used, contact hello@seasonedbeings.online within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Gift memberships are subject to the same terms as standard memberships once activated.

Members may refer friends to seasonedbeings.online. When a referred friend becomes a paying member, the referring member receives a credit as described in the referral programme terms shown on the dashboard. Credits have no cash value and may only be applied to seasonedbeings.online membership. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral programme at any time with 14 days' notice to active participants.

All course content on seasonedbeings.online — text, images, and design — is owned by seasonedbeings.online and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any course content without written permission. Personal, non-commercial use (taking notes, saving pages for your own reference) is permitted.

You must not: — Share your account login with others — Reproduce or resell course content — Use the service to store or transmit unlawful content — Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service — Use automated tools to scrape or download content in bulk

Course content is provided for educational purposes only. Tool recommendations and technique guidance are offered in good faith but without warranty. We are not liable for injury, property damage, or financial loss resulting from following course content. Always exercise appropriate care when working with tools, materials, and equipment.

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, seasonedbeings.online's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

We may modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time. If we make changes that materially reduce what members receive, we will notify you by email and offer a pro-rata refund.

We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
